Apple Pencil or keyboard — which matters more to your workflow?

If you had to keep just one, would you rather lose the keyboard case or the Apple Pencil? I find myself typing far more than I draw or annotate, so the keyboard wins for me every time, but I know plenty of people use their iPad mainly for note-taking or sketching where the Pencil is the whole point.

Which one would you actually miss more?

There's no shortage of iPad accessories out there, but a lot of them end up in a drawer after a week. Keen to hear what's actually stuck for people.

I've got the folio keyboard case and use it constantly, but the Pencil mostly sits unused unless I'm signing a document. What's earned a permanent spot in your setup?

iPadOS has come on a long way, and for some people it's genuinely replaced a laptop for day-to-day work. For others it's still mainly a big Netflix screen with occasional note-taking duties.

Where does yours sit? Curious what setups (keyboard cases, Apple Pencil workflows, external monitor use, whatever) people have landed on that actually stuck, rather than getting abandoned after a month.
